• [ADD] Added Bleeding, Freezing and Poison debuff circle duration settings to SkillSettings.ini
• [ADD] Added OverrideDefense setting to Common.ini to allow to preserve original formulas
• [MOD] Changed behavior of reset/grand reset while reset stats is enabled, move to character selection screen is not enforced now
