The plugin brings 39 new flag items (character & national), when activated, appear on the back like hussar wings.

Along with the flags, a new shop is available from Guild Master NPC, the flags can be purchased from.

System allows to add custom flags within category 20. Additionally, bonus exp can be configured per flag.
