Key Changes

• [ADD] Added visual effect while bundling items via inventory bundle option
• [ADD] Added support to drop Errtels with specific rank from item bags by adding ErrtelRank attribute to Item key, default set to 1
• [FIX] Blocked ability to create expireable Errtel items (cannot be fully supported) 
• [FIX] Extended list of skills to disable visual effect of while playing Chaos Castle to resolve targeting issue
• [FIX] CanSellTradeMaxOptEarrings and CanSellTradeMaxOpt4thWings options were improperly handled allowing to abuse the configuration
• [ADD] Added lang bit to file, English.xml > 834
• [MOD] Modified ItemBagsScript.lua and structure of all item bags of BAG_EVENT type to resolve issue where rewards were issued to invalid storage type (apply changes correctly to avoid issues!)
