Notes
- Structure of storing skill data in database changed. Any external modules reading data of [dbo].[Character].[MagicList] or [dbo].[DefaultClassType].[MagicList] should be updated according to the change, examples of converting/reading the data can be found in update scrips 0.6.0.sql and ResetMasterSkillTree.sql
- Update of Essential Tools and its resources is required to support new skills structure
