The Launcher is dedicated launcher system for our IGC Server Suit, bringing possibility to run the Server with selected options and to keep it up to date thank to built-in auto-update module. Product available as optional, not provided along with IGC Server Suite. We appreciate any suggestions related to the product.

    Hi BigMan ! It's possible to make different config for launcher for "Select Server"? I have 2 server: - season 8 - season 9 but i would like to make for any client auto select of server in launcher... For example: for client season 9 - Server x1000 for client season 8 - Server x5 Because more players can't understand they must be first select in launcher the server in settings... Or give me please register code for selection of server (first to start game/launcher on this computer). Thanks

    HI, very often if I clean registry from Webzen settings then start auncer and select needet option or resolution or window mode all not works.     I have players that experience this error and it doesn't go away by deleting the RabanSoft folder..     Hello, I have a question. Does launcher's browser supports javascript? Because I have created custom design and in browser I want to use javascript, but it doesn't want to load, it is showing just white page. And also, it's possible to disable scrollbar in broswer? Thank you.

    Hello BigMan, we have a problem i can not fix. Only a few players have this problem (1-2 / 20) with hash system, other players works without any problems. We use one game client for two servers with different databases and updates to install via hash protection. We tried: 1. Uninstall antivirus software 2. We have set full user premision (full control) for folder with game client 3. We deleted RabanSoft folder 4. Disable firewall 5. I just do not need it, im now using an OLD stable version for me, what running without Launcher Server, so its possible to turn off Launcher Server support?     Disconnect from the server

    Some players can't enter game. After loading get DC. In Launcher server there are an error: Client Verification Failed (error 5A34) force disconnecting. I download client from web by my self on his PC, install it, and same trouble. 100+ players all ok, some – this error.

    Some users have been experiencing problems opening the Launcher (by pressing GameStart), it throws an error related to NetFrameworks (See picture) This has happened mainly users of windows 8, and some windows 7.     Hi, I understend all but how tu auto update new launcher ? Its very incovennent for people download again . How to auto update if new launcer not works with old launcher server and old launcer not works with new launcer server !? If I make launcer autoupdate and start launcer server new, old launcer can't update.

    Want to know if changing "MinWaitTimeBetweenConnections_Milliseconds" from 700 to 5 or 10 would cause problems. There are sometimes where an user open Launcher.exe and needs to wait 70 secs before "Start game" buttom can be pressed when no other main.exe has been launched before.     Hello, prepare two completely different servers (fun and hard) and we would like to use one game client. Switching between servers works great, but updates will remain always as the highest number. It is possible that each switch has forced the last update when switching servers in lauchrer? Example: fun server - update folder \ fun: 1.00.01, 1.00.02 ......1.00.16 Hard server - update folder \ hard: 1.00.01, 1.00.02 .......1.00.15 When a player chooses fun server from the launcher, the client will be fully updated to version 1.00.16 when switched to hard server and game client will not be updated because it contains the upgrade version with a lower number.     What's files and folders are mostly recommended to be added to protection list on Premium Launcher's Hash.tmp to get the best results and what's not recommended to add there? I run a S6E3 with no customization and all defaults. I don't know witch way is easier to answer, what to add or what to not add :) I added for start IGC.dll and main.exe. For main.exe seen on the video tutorial that the protection was switched to off.

    The documents say this is a rare error. Looking at another thread I removed urls just in case. No change. I unchecked options and did as much as I could think of. I ran the launcher as administrator and gave it the name mu.exe. I cannot seem to attach the error log. How do we give you that? Also I really do not understand about the launcher version "being fucked" if you move the .exe file from one computer to another unless it is compressed. How do you work out what is the correct one to zip? how can we possibly manage this for our players? ok I cannot post an image or an attachment.     Hi Bigman! I come to suggest, if possible , when the client has a version 0.00.01. And in your server you have the version 0.00.05, The client download one by one, 0.00.02 , .03 , .04 .. Because otherwise are added patches , until it reaches have a very large. And all users patch .04 have to download everything again in .05 Regards!

    Hello, My issue is pretty weird. The launcher (as program) starts fine, Connect + Game server are Green, Account registration works fine, Updating works fine but the GAME never starts. I tested it on 3 diferent PC's, Win 7 x64, Win Vista x32 and a Win 8.1, on all I have same issue. Launcher starts, server connection is green, update/download works fine but game never starts and I have VC Red. installed on all, ran as administrator and on a second drive.     Hello Bigman i have a problem with new launcher version. i have already launcher 1.7.0.21 and i want to upgrade to 1.8.5.29 one, i pasted "manually" all files required, and when open the launcher show me this error: ******** Setting File Read Code: 0xF2 The specified conversion is invalid Launcher will close now.. ********** This error happen no matter how upgrade, manually or auto update is the same. i tried many time doing file setting again and again, also graphic.     I was using launcher server and GS in one machine. I'm trying to split in to two machine so that it doesn't affect much to GS server. GS server IP example : 1.1.1.1 (IGC Double) Launcher Server IP example : 2.2.2.2 (IGC Premium) To make it like this 1. Do I need to put 1.1.1.1 port 44405 in ServerInfo.Bmd 2. Put Launcher server 2.2.2.2 to Settings 3. Edit Launcher server ConnectServerList, SqlServerList <SqlServer Address="1.1.1.1" Port="1433" Username="xxxx" Password="xxxx"> <ConnectServer IP="1.1.1.1" Port="44405"> And that's it? I don't need to turn on CS,DS for Launcher server machine, right? Thank you

I only have one ftp account with one main folder; which is for instance "example" if i create inside "example" folder Patches and HashCheck (e.g example/Patches and example/HashCheck), does LaunchServer will recognize it and download from those folders? Because with normal webzen update launcher it only takes the FTP account's main folder. 2.     When launcher fails to download from hash checking, it shows where launcher was trying to reach (my server ip). Will it be possible not to show that information? I just don't want to show my ip to users... Thanks.

    hi i have issue on start game players can start the game normaly but for multiclient when player lunch the game he should wait for 1 minutes until he can lunch the game on 2nd window where can i edit that? i tried on that but dont find that also can u tell me Eassy way to auto update ? i tried wiich on tutorial video but i has cus i tried befor all charcters comming bk with elf wing and guardian and all charcters cant connect to game duno why its a favor if u did for me thanx regards

    Hi Big, is that I could not run the launcher, I do not use the registration system launcher, but open the launcher.server and shows error: launcherserver => ConnectServer [127.0.0.1:444406] [connection failed] my ConnectServer is configured on port 44405 When players open the launcher does not allow them to press GameStart I'm doing wrong?     Client language problem

    Why my some user try to load Data/Local/Kor/ folder even though main.exe and launcher to load /Eng/ ? Only some try to do that, maybe there OS is set as Korean? Every my users are Korean but it only happens to few. What I did was that I copied all /Eng/ to /Kor/ to match user error but It starts normally for them but their charset breaks up which seems to ignore Charset from ServerInfo or langconfig from GFx.     Hi guys, im trying to configure multi server on igc launcher for the first time. I have 3 diferents server in the same machine. I config this servers and dbs on the launcher server. In the launcher management i config the 3 servers. But i very confused when i use the launcher. For example, when i create a new account using the launcher, always does in the first server, why i cant select the server on the launcher? Thanks!

    Launcher Update 69v2

    I just updated launcher to 69v2, but there are still problems with game start button, after few minutes of running launcher server game start button is grey and you cant connect to game. I setuped that new config in launcher server to 1 minute (I tested it alsowith default setting, but it was the same). And also I have added new client update, but after launcher has updated to new version, it didnt downloaded new update for game client, where was new settings file and new graphics. EDIT: I forgot to write, that after few minutes of running launcher server and its minimized, I cant open it, and if its not minimized, window buttons doesnt work, when I pressed X to close…

    Whats the maximum value for that? I set it 720 minute and when I turn on Launcher is refreshing infinite ( every 1 second like sending DoS attack )...;;;; Window 7 x64... I hope there is option not to use refresher;

    Since previous topic with same problem was closed, I am starting new. I have experienced this problem on launcher v7, now I downloaded v10, but there is still the same problem. Most time when I open launcher, start button is grey and I cant start client. I am using also newest launcher server and I added to settings file close launcher after game start. This is critical problem... Hope you will fix it asap.

    New launcher auto-close bug

    1. Launch launcher for first time and log in to the screen where you select character. (First time meaning P.S. 2) 2. Keep press X button "x x x x x x x.... and so on" 3. While pressing X button like mad man, select character with mouse and log in. 4. Client will close soon as it goes in or it will close while getting inside game. P.S. 1. This problem only happens when you open game with launcher. 2. This problem will not happen if you turned on client second time with same launcher. Interesting :wub:

    OZJ hash question

    In issue tracker I wrote about auto closing and realized it was happening due to putting shop banner ozj file to hash. When I open shop somehow it realize ozj has been modified and closes it. This is maybe by client it self making image larger inside game soon as shop is open?? Other ozj in other folders will cause this problem too? Btw ucan close two issue that I wrote issue tracker of launcher. Thanks

    When I use hash check for IBSBanner.txt, it has problem. When its hash check is different and it download from Server and when I look at it, text is messed up, looks like scramble. Problem is encoding changes to ANSI or something by it self even though its uploaded as different thing. Thanks

    Because if launcher is closed, client closes. But People don't know about that. So when people try to turn launcher off, it will ask you something like if you turn off launcher game will close also. (Better be language file so we can change it ^_^ ) Thanks.

    1. It seems like I can't press setting, register, homepage button other than that it works. // I figured it out, it works but I have to press many time to make it pop up -.-;; 2. Even though I selected client close when launcher is closed, doesn't work; i also clicked minimize launcher after it start.
