BotList level requirements & max use

Add the minimum and maximum character level parameters for the bot configuration. In this way we could add buffers only for users who are lower than the level we specify.

It would also be good to add a number of maximum uses per day.

+1 , bots could have an update , there are more suggestions for bots if igcn team ever will update them to look for other bot suggestions too

Another good feature would be to support multiple currencies instead of money when trade them. Like trade the buffer and to get the buff to ask you for wcoins
