item price system plugin to support custom item costs

Moss is a bit ruined in season 22 version with the extra delay added, we need alternative method and the best one i can think is to add custom item cost in itempricesystem.xml  + to implement the price confirmation window where we can enable on high value items to avoid double purchases mistakes. If its too much trouble for global item support then allow jewels/miracle/rare tickets as cost option with durability config, that would do the job.
