Anticheat system on Launcher

Adding extra Anticheat system run along with Launcher

  • Right now we have Launcher Hash Check Protection but its useless with cheater
  • Adding extra layer of Protection will be great because we always required Join Game with Launcher Only
  • This will make the Launcher more perfect by checking possible cheat detected
  • Can be like a Paid Plugins so who want use it -> Pay for License

I know @Bigman is handsome and he can handle this easily
