Reset 3rd without need 4th reset

It would be interesting to do a check,
aimed at resetting the 3rd Tree,
without the need to reset the 4th Tree!

This is impossible
Because most 4th skills have 3rd skill tree requirements

In the Skill file, there is already a configuration defined for the Skill to only work with a certain SKILL enabled on the 3rd
