Add HWID Limit for Daily Rewards Plugin

To help reduce potential abuse of the Daily Rewards system, I suggest adding an option to set a limit based on HWID. This way, only a defined number of accounts per device can claim the daily reward.

 

Implementing this feature would provide an extra layer of control and fairness for all players.
