1. Server Suite requirements
Before attempting installation of the product make sure your machine is meeting minimum software and hardware requirements. Details can be found in our FAQ.
1.1 Additional software required

Database Engine - for MD5 Support select x86 SQL distribution
Microsoft SQL Server 2012 R2 or later

Visual C++ Redistributable Packages
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable Package (x64) Download - install on server machine

Microsoft .NET Framework
Microsoft Framework 4.8 Download - install on server machine

Archiver - for extracting software shipped
Any which can support .rar extension, recommended: WinRAR or 7zip

Configuration files editor - for easier viewing and editing
Any suitable for own needs, recommended: Notepad++

Lua Scripting - for easy script edit and syntax check
The only and recommended editor is Lua Edit
All configuration files are organized for Notepad++ editor. Opening them in different editor may cause files content display as disorganized. Server configuration files should be saved with UTF-8 Without BOM (encoding tab at the top menu of Notepad++), unless required otherwise.
2. Operating System preparation
It is recommended to run server files on separate disk or partition (not operating system one, C:\). If size of your disk allows you to create new partition it is worth to follow the steps (for size refer to software requirements).
2.1 Are you the only Administrator of the system?
If you are the only Administrator of the Server operating system or working in trusted team it is worth to configure the Security Policy (does not apply to home distributions of Operating Systems) as follows:
Control Panel → Local Security Policy → Local Policies → Security Policy
Find User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode and set to Elevate without prompting
3. Downloading and extracting server files
Follow to download area and save all necessary files, full pack of server suite, game client for game season you install, essential tools, toolkit and inspector. Extract using WinRAR or other software supporting .rar extension to desired location.
4. License Activation
Once server files are placed on your server machine and you have not activated your license yet, make sure to follow the licensing system guides and proceed with license activation.
