Add Bonus Event Minutes Config

Add Bonus Event Minutes Config, right now it only allows from 0 to 23. So there's 1 hour that event doesn't run if you want to run it for 24h (i.e. all weekend), so every day that event runs at 23h it stops and restart at 0h.
