Open Chest on other servers

Add an option to specify the number of extra chests on all servers, separated by VIP level.

For example, I currently have two rooms, one free and the other VIP.
VIP players have 10 extra chests, and the free player has 3.

When the VIP player switches to the free server, they will still have 10 chests, not just 3.

Summary: Extra chests need to be assigned by VIP level, not by data folder.
