[Upgrade] Change global chat OR party chat background color (Season 6)

Hello,

Description:
Right now global-chat "/post" and party-chat background colors are the same and sometimes players are missing some messages between party, just because not paying attention on post messages all the time (especially, if online is decent and chat is really active).

Suggestion:

• Change one of these chat-type background color to ANY other color, BUT which is not already for guild chat, guild ally chat, gens chat...need to add completely new color code.
• New background color should be nice, in the way so it could be very readable, so players can still read messages easily (not too dark/too shiny)
