We really need this one and if its possible to can select if VIP users will be able to use it or not. Very needed in 2023 as players have learned from other servers to use this and got comfortable with it. Also the max resets per day suggestion is very needed , please consider these 2 for the next updates.2 points

Everything is working. The formula starts changing the option from +1 level, probably this is your problem. Just raise the level of the artifact in CM1 point

Value in file can be 1-255, however, the value is used be assigned formula what in result will give you option value greater than 255.1 point
